The addy post
It's being written. By a person.
We could fill this page in about nine seconds. Type a prompt, hit go, and out comes eight hundred words on navigating the dynamic Canberra market that nobody would read and nobody would miss.
Instead there is someone at a desk in Braddon with a coffee going cold, trying to make a paragraph about rental yields sound like it came from a human being. Deleting it. Starting again. Googling whether it is "principal" or "principle" for the third time this year.
That takes longer. It is also the entire point. If a sentence sounds like a template we rewrite it, and it turns out that rule applies to us too.
Currently being argued about.
Three we have started. No promises on the order, and one of them may not survive the edit.
