As a Chartered Accountant, Registered Tax Agent and CA SMSF Specialist, Joy has guided 100+ funds through every stage, from initial setup and ATO registration through to complex pension-phase strategies and estate planning. Kelly's interest in real estate started the way a lot of good careers do. She bought her first investment property in 2013 and never really stopped thinking about it. In 2018 she made the leap, becoming a selling agent at Laing & Simmons Rosebery. In 2020 she shifted focus to specialise as an Inner West buyers agent, and hasn't looked back.

Kelly learned to sell before she learned to buy, which means she knows exactly what's happening on the other end of a negotiation: the tactics, the pressure, the things said to create urgency that don't quite hold up. Buyers agents who've never sold are guessing at that. Kelly isn't.

Her track record sourcing and negotiating clients' homes and investments earned her a reputation as trustworthy and results-driven, among clients and industry partners alike. Kelly now splits her time between Sydney and Canberra, still running her Inner West buyers agency work while helping build addy. That's not a footnote, it's the point.
