addy Referral Reward Terms & Conditions: Refer someone to addy who becomes a client and we'll pay you a referral reward. To qualify, your referred person must mention your name when they first contact us, then sign either a sales authority, buyer agreement and purchase through addy, or property management agreement. You must be 18+, Australian resident, and not an addy employee or family member. Payment via bank transfer within set timeframe of client agreement, subject to Australian tax obligations, one payment per successful referral. Excludes self-referrals, people already talking to addy, anyone who found us online before your referral, referrals from licensed agents, and clients who've used addy in past specified period. If client cancels within initial period, no reward. Promotion runs indefinitely unless we give notice. All disputes under ACT law, our decision on referral validity is final. Questions?
